An officer（工作人员；警员）/ˈɒfɪsə/ asked for（询问；要求）/ɑːskt fɔː/ the place and time of the discovery（发现）/dɪˈskʌvəri/. Yuki answered both questions. The officer opened（打开）/ˈəʊpənd/ the wallet with（和；带有）/wɪð/ Yuki watching. There（那里；有）/ðeə/ was no phone number or address（地址）/əˈdres/, so the officer could（能够；可能）/kʊd/ not call the owner（物主；失主）/ˈəʊnə/ directly（直接地）/dəˈrektli/.

According to（根据）/əˈkɔːdɪŋ tuː/ the library card, Han Mei used the local（当地的）/ˈləʊkl/ library. Ms Han arrived and described three things. “The colour（颜色）/ˈkʌlə/ of my（我的）/maɪ/ bank card is red. There are two family photos（照片）/ˈfəʊtəʊz/ behind（在……后面）/bɪˈhaɪnd/ it, and I remember（记得）/rɪˈmembə/ putting three coins in the side pocket（口袋）/ˈpɒkɪt/.” The officer checked each detail（细节）/ˈdiːteɪl/ to be sure（确定的）/ʃʊə/.
